1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on ddk999. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended, with any balances forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and keep it up to date thereafter. ddk999 will not be held liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ddk999 login username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you formally notify us of a breach.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ddk999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We currently support the following deposit and withdrawal methods for our Pakistan players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency.

• Minimum Deposit: As indicated on your account dashboard. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited.
• Withdrawal Processing: Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours, subject to verification status and transaction volumes.
• Currency: All balances, bonuses, and winnings are displayed and settled in PKR unless otherwise specified for USDT transactions.
• Third-Party Payments: Deposits from third-party payment sources (accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded, less any applicable transaction fees.

ddk999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, particularly those exceeding 500,000 PKR. Such checks may require the submission of additional documentation including source-of-funds evidence.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be processed. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ddk999 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering or any activity that facilitates the concealment of proceeds of crime.
• Fraud, including the use of stolen payment methods, fraudulent chargebacks, or identity theft.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions ("bonus abuse" or "gnoming").
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or security systems.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account by a third party.

ddk999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

ddk999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation if fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activities are suspected.

12. Dispute Resolution
